Discover more about this product

The Katia Fabrics Knit Sew Dream poplin fabric is a small tribute to everything we love: sewing, knitting, creating, and always having a project in hand. Its print combines delicate illustrations related to sewing and knitting, in soft and warm tones, perfect for projects with a handmade soul.

It is made of 100% cotton, with a width of 145–150 cm and an approximate weight of 130 g/m². It is a light, soft, and stable fabric, very comfortable to cut and sew, whether you are a beginner or have more machine hours than an old Singer pedal. Katia presents it as an ideal poplin for unique garments, project bags, and decorative accessories for the workshop or creative studio.

You can use it to make blouses, shirts, simple dresses, skirts, children's clothing, project bags, needle cases, toiletry bags, pencil cases, aprons, cushions or decorative details. It is a particularly beautiful fabric to give as a gift to someone who sews or knits, because the print already says: "things are made here with love and the occasional loose stitch."

Me Gusta Coser Tip: wash or steam the fabric before cutting to avoid surprises. Sew with a fine universal needle, such as 70/10 or 80/12, use a medium stitch, and iron inside out to protect the print.
