Plasticized flannel with a special width of 200 cm, composed of a base of soft padded fabric and a top layer of waterproof PVC, with an approximate grammage of 155 g/m². This material combines protection, padding, and water resistance, making it a practical and versatile solution for home and functional sewing.
It is ideal for protective tablecloths, table protectors, baby changing mats, mattress protectors, ironing board covers, furniture protectors, or work surfaces. The flannel provides a soft base, while the plastic prevents liquid leakage and facilitates cleaning.
Me Gusta Coser Tip: cut with a mat and rotary cutter for a clean edge and to prevent slipping. It can be sewn with a universal needle size 90/14 or higher, and it is recommended to use a Teflon or walking foot to facilitate the movement of the plasticized fabric. Do not iron directly on the PVC layer.
